About M de Minuty
A cru classé estate in Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, run by the Matton family since 1936 and now part of Moët Hennessy. Château Minuty defined the pale, elegant Provence rosé style, and M de Minuty is one of the most-listed rosés on the Riviera and in premium on-trade worldwide.
Tasting notes
A benchmark Côtes de Provence rosé from Château Minuty in Gassin. Pale pink with delicate aromas of redcurrant, peach and orange zest. Dry, elegant and refreshing with a mineral edge and a long, clean finish. The rosé to list for terraces, beach clubs and summer menus.
